Hi! Thanks for stopping by, and my bad for not checking this sooner!! Here is an example of a bad review response –
RJ Hidson Photography out of Edmonton, AB – https://plus.google.com/112866779685693584561/about?gl=US&hl=en — he has 7 reviews, he responded to the one review very well. This is exactly how you want to handle responding to bad reviews.
